We hope you are pleased with the product you recently received. To ensure optimal performance and safety, we would like to remind you of the following information regarding your recent purchase.

Due to transportation restrictions, the batteries in our products are charged to approximately 30% SOC before delivery. Therefore, we recommend that you fully charge the battery before first use. Please use a 14.4V-14.6V lithium battery charger for charging.

If the batteries need to be used in series or parallel, please fully charge the batteries individually, let them sit for one hour, and then measure the voltage with a voltmeter, and connect them in series and parallel when the battery voltage is close.

For best results, you should also be sure to download the most recent version of the "roypow fish "app, and please refer to the connection instructions below if you experience any issues.
