5-year Warranty

We strive to improve product quality, and each product must go through a series of strict inspections before shipment, and comes with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment, as well as lifetime free technology support.


The warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the user ("Buyer").

If used correctly according to the product manual instructions, we will provide a warranty for the poor performance of the product.

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly according to the instructions in the manual.

We must determine whether the product failed due to defective material/workmanship or misuse/negligence. Any damage caused by consumable parts depletion, abuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, neglect, water damage, or any other problem not caused by defects in materials and workmanship is not covered by the warranty.

The battery selected by the user must have the correct size, design, and capacity for the intended application. Otherwise, the warranty will be void.

We will assist in analyzing consumer problems within 24 hours, help solve them, and introduce the best usage methods. If our products do not work properly, consumers are required to assist us in completing the necessary battery testing. If both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we will replace it with a new one after receiving the defective battery you return.

Within 6 months from the date of purchase, if our products have quality problems and fail to work properly, we can provide exchange or refund services; Within 7 months from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty period, if we If your product has quality problems and fails to work properly, we can provide exchange service.

Warranty period

Purchase LiFePO4 batteries with models S12100A, S12200A, S12100H, and S12200H, which provide a 5-year warranty.

Purchase models of 14.4V-10 charger (C146N), 14.6V-30A charger (E8-14V30A), 29.2-15A charger (P085MI), 29.2-30A charger (P085MB) provide a 1-year warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Return or exchange

If a product becomes defective due to quality issues rather than damage or misuse on your part, we may accept returns, provide free repair service, or replace the product with a new one. The process is outlined below.

Contact customer service and provide order information and brief instructions for returns. After both parties confirm that there is a problem with the product quality, we will send you a return form. It contains our return address and basic information about your return order.

Print the return form and put it in the package together with the product you want to return and package the product properly. Products must be in the packaging we originally sent. Note: The product must be in good condition (this does not apply to defective products), product damage will invalidate the refund.

Send the items back to us via your local post office. We will process your return within 7 working days of receiving the package and refund or replace the battery with a new one based on the actual situation.

Return shipping fee. For quality issues, all return shipping costs will be borne by PowerUrus. For returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Note: We do not accept returns if shipped directly without prior notification. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. No refunds will be given for packages returned without providing a return address authorized by a customer service representative. We do not offer Freight Forwarding Collection (FTC) services for returned packages. We are here to help, but we cannot correct a situation we know nothing about.

General conditions for warranty claims

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If given away or resold, customer must claim warranty through original purchaser. Original order information is required to claim warranty.

Any product returned for valid warranty service is shipped at our expense and risk. We will provide a prepaid label to customers who need to return the product to a designated location at a designated time.

Batteries repaired or replaced within the warranty period will not receive an extended warranty. Instead, repaired/replaced batteries will be subject to the original warranty issued when first purchased.

The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by improper operation, product modification, installation, or intentional damage. If consumers fail to correctly install, use, and maintain the product in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual, causing serious quality problems in the product, it will not be covered by the warranty.

Exclusions and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PowerUrus or its suppliers be liable for any loss of use, business interruption, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind regardless of the action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if PowerUrus or its affiliates or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Neither PowerUrus nor its suppliers are responsible for any damage or loss to any items or products connected to, powered by, or otherwise attached to the product. Buyer’s total aggregate liability from all causes of action and all theories of liability will be limited to, and will not exceed, the purchase price paid by buyer for the products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
