This policy applies only to all PowerUrus products purchased in the United States.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to apply for a return after receiving the item. When you send us an email to request a return, we will respond to you within 24 hours.

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

If the product is defective due to quality problems rather than damage or misuse by you, we can accept returns, provide free repair services, or replace you with new products.

If you don't like it or need to return it for other reasons, we also allow returns within 30 days.

Return Steps

Contact customer service and provide order information and brief instructions for returns. We will send you a return slip which contains our return address and basic information about your return order.

Print the return form and put it in the package together with the product you want to return and package the product properly. The product comes in the packaging we originally sent it in and is guaranteed to be in perfect condition (this does not apply to defective products), damage to the product will void the refund.

Send the items back to us via your local post office. If you need urgent processing of a returned package, please contact our customer service ( and provide the tracking number of the returned package.

We will process your return within 7 working days after receiving the package.


We do not accept returns sent directly without prior notification. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. No refunds will be given for packages returned without providing a return address authorized by customer service.

If a return is due to product quality issues or damage in transit, you must provide customer service with videos or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or malfunctioning. If the customer refuses or fails to provide video or photos of the claimed faulty/damaged item, we do not provide Freight Forwarding Collection (FTC) service for the returned package and the customer is solely responsible for returning it or not refunding the customer.

If the return request for damaged/defective goods can be resolved by simple parts repair and after-sales technical support, we can provide the option of free replacement parts and, with your consent, provide suggestions on how to repair the product in order to You don't have to go through the cumbersome return process.

Refund policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: Due to PayPal's new policy, if you want to cancel a purchase for an order that has not yet been shipped, the handling fee is 5% of the total order amount.

For quality problems, all return shipping costs will be borne by PowerUrus, including but not limited to products that are damaged when they arrive, products that cannot be repaired, we sent the product by mistake, and the wrong sending address. For returns or exchanges due to your fault, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You can only charge shipping once (including returns); there will be no handling fee when you return the product.
